Drop into sessions to get the rundown on new WaterLINE

Wednesday 4 March, 2026

Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is encouraging customers to attend upcoming drop-in sessions to help transition to the new version of its online water ordering system, WaterLINE.

The improved functionality in the updated version means people can place orders, monitor water use, see real-time allocation bank balances and manage deliveries from any supported device at any time, anywhere.

Customers are being encouraged to make the switch to the new version before the legacy version is switched off on 15 May, following a six-month transition phase.

Following customer feedback, GMW also rolled out a number of additional improvements to WaterLINE in February to improve user experience.

GMW General Manager Water Delivery Service Warren Blyth said the sessions were designed to provide practical support tailored to what people needed to know.

"The new version of WaterLINE gives you more control and visibility over your account and your orders," Mr Blyth said.

"The sessions are a great opportunity to become familiar with the system with help from our Customer Relationship Coordinators and are a chance to ask any questions about using the system.

"Switching to the new version of WaterLINE now gives people a chance to use it for any late season orders; and be ready ahead of the start of the 2026/27 season so you can jump straight into ordering."

Improvements to the WaterLINE platform will continue to be rolled out based on user feedback, which customers are encouraged to provide.
