In late April 2026, we (LMW) successfully launched "My Account", an online, self-serve portal for our customers.

My Account provides customers with online access to water accounts and a range of services.

"We have listened to our community's request for online services and My Account and eBills are a direct response to that feedback." said Paul Northey, Managing Director, LMW.

"Our customers now have the online tools they need to manage water accounts, track usage, and view billing history - in their own time. Our business customers can also lodge and pay for service applications online too."

"It's also great to see our customers are calling LMW to opt in to receive eBills instead of paper bills via post. It's been so popular some customers have had to wait a short while on hold, and we do apologise for that."

and follow the creation process. (Customers will need their new account number from their latest paper bill as part of the registration)"

Set up direct debits

Move out notifications

Request hardship assistance

Request payment arrangements

Request concessions

Submit requests for help

Register for eBills (bills via email)
