Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is inviting customers to attend upcoming drop-in sessions that will help them use the new version of its online water ordering system WaterLINE.

The new version of WaterLINE has been available on the GMW website since November last year. The previous version is no longer supported by the provider.

The new version makes it easier for customers to place and manage their orders and to check their Allocation Bank Account balance.

GMW General Manager Water Delivery Services Warren Blyth said the new version had a new map function, clearer visual displays to monitor water flows and order status, and the ability to quickly repeat previous orders.

"We have made a range of additional improvements to this new version over the past several months based on customer feedback," he said.

"This includes a clearer 'review order' process."

Extensive consultation and engagement about the new WaterLINE has taken place over the past year. This includes customer testing of the new version as well as numerous drop-in and online sessions to learn more about it.

The old version also ran in parallel with the new version during the 2025/26 irrigation season to provide customers plenty of time to try out the new version, ask questions about it, provide feedback and seek support if needed.

Mr Blyth said with the start of the 2026/27 irrigation season fast approaching, GMW would host a series of drop-in sessions for customers who may like help getting set up with the new version.

"Many customers are already using the new version, however, we encourage customers to come along to any of the sessions, bring their own device, and our staff will help walk you through the new WaterLINE or answer any questions you might have."
