Romance readers are invited to meet USA Today bestselling and award-winning author Alyssa J. Montgomery at Swan Hill Library this September, where she will share insights into her writing journey, inspirations and the stories behind her much-loved novels.

Alyssa is the author of the popular

series. Her novels transport readers from charming Australian country towns to glamorous international destinations and royal courts, weaving together heartfelt storytelling, engaging characters and richly imagined settings.

Swan Hill Regional Libraries Manager Camille Cullinan said the event would be a wonderful opportunity for local readers to connect with an accomplished Australian author.

"Alyssa's books capture the magic of romance while celebrating the importance of love, family, friendship and new beginnings.

"We're excited to welcome Alyssa to Swan Hill Library and give our community the chance to hear about the inspiration behind her stories, her creative process and her journey as an author," Ms Cullinan said.

Originally from Central Queensland, Alyssa now lives in New South Wales with her husband and three children. Her diverse career experiences as an international flight attendant and professional pianist have shaped her love of travel, storytelling and creating captivating worlds for readers to escape into.
