Residents across the Mildura electorate are just 100 days away from the opportunity to vote for a fresh start and a fairer deal for regional Victoria.
Member for Mildura, Jade Benham, said the November 28 election was a chance for families across the Mildura electorate to choose a government that would make regional Victoria a genuine priority.
"For too long, regional communities like ours have been treated as an afterthought by the Allan Labor Government.
"That changes with a Liberal and Nationals Government, with a commitment to put regional Victoria first and deliver the investment our communities deserve.
"The Nationals' Fair Share Guarantee would direct at least 25 per cent of new infrastructure spending to regional Victoria, up from the current 12 per cent and matching the proportion of Victorians who live in regional communities.
"Regional Victoria should not have to fight for scraps. Our communities deserve their fair share of investment in the roads, health services, police and infrastructure we rely on."
