Most of the Mallee is served by Powercor, with AusNet covering some areas further east (around Gannawarra/Kerang and beyond). Check the live outage map before assuming a fault — planned works, storms and heat-related demand all cause outages.
Powercor — Mallee & Wimmera
Covers Mildura, Swan Hill, Robinvale, Ouyen, Sea Lake, Warracknabeal and most of the Mallee.
AusNet Services — eastern fringe
Some areas towards Kerang, Cohuna and the eastern edge of Gannawarra Shire are served by AusNet rather than Powercor — check your bill or the outage map to confirm your distributor.

Downed power lines are always dangerous — treat any fallen line as live, stay well back, and call 000 as well as your distributor. For non-urgent supply issues (no power, flickering lights), call your distributor's fault line above or use their outage map to check if it's already a known, being-fixed outage before you report it again.
